Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and effectively.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit will be required before a project begins. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion. Prefer cash, check, or card; fees for credit/debit cards and PayPal. Late fees apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and your property, Miller's Elite Exterior Solutions will not be held liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the course of our work on your property.

Scope of Work:
Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed and agreed upon. Any additional services requested, verbal or in writing, outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.

Property Access:
Please ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the areas where work is to be performed. We cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete work due to restricted access.
